Groundbreaking Ceremony
Sideline Flats held its Groundbreaking Ceremony on Friday, July 29th. We were honored to be joined by Mayor James Mueller, as well as other officials for the City of South Bend, our many partners in this project, and reporters from ABC57 and WNDU.
Demolition Day
After nearly a year of extremely hard work, the Sideline Flats team could finally breathe a sigh of relief on demolition day. We are delighted to announce that the construction of Sideline Flats is underway!
